Keys to the Game: Celtics 113 Cavaliers 98

"Mazzulla's Controlled Madness Style is Paying Off"

Boston, MA - The Boston Celtics have punched their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals for the third consecutive year, thanks in large part to a dominant performance from star forward Al Horford. In Game 6 of their second-round series against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Horford erupted for 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 assists, leading the Celtics to a 113-98 victory.

Horford's impact was felt on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he was unstoppable in the post, using his strength and skill to score at will. Defensively, he anchored the Celtics' interior, making it difficult for the Cavaliers to get anything easy inside.

Horford's teammates were quick to praise his performance.

"He was a monster out there tonight," said Celtics guard Marcus Smart. "He's the backbone of our team, and he showed it tonight."

Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla also had high praise for Horford.

"Al is a special player," said Mazzulla. "He's one of the most versatile big men in the league. He can score, rebound, pass, and defend. He's the perfect player to lead our team."

The Celtics will now face the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Heat are a tough opponent, but the Celtics are confident they can win.

"We're ready for the challenge," said Horford. "We've been playing well all season, and we're not going to let up now."

The Eastern Conference Finals will begin on Tuesday, September 5th. All games will be televised on ESPN.
